Whilst coaching is ARTEMIS’ core business, clients often realise that they need additional specialised training or support to achieve their potential. As a result of this feedback, ARTEMIS COACHING also offers complementary services to meet these needs. All Associates who work with ARTEMIS COACHING in delivering these courses are senior managers, exceptionally well qualified and experienced in their chosen areas of expertise.

Workshops are interactive and fast paced, focusing on delegates’ participation and providing action learning to transfer to the workplace.
These can be either a complete strategic review of the organisation, or a departmental review e.g. fundraising audit, HR appraisal competency frameworks. All will be aligned to the overall organisational aims.
Plans are drawn up to achieve the aims and objectives identified in the client organisation’s strategic document.
Recruitment & Interim Management
This service is offered to companies who appreciate a ‘fresh pair of eyes’ when recruiting key staff. Interim management is available to keep up momentum and ensure that the business task is carried out effectively until the new permanent member of staff is available.
Provides guidance, support and advice to clients, drawing on the mentor’s considerable experience and knowledge in specific areas.
Costs vary depending on the complexity and amount of time needed to complete the commissioned project. Outline costings are available as a guideline, but each piece of work is carried out on a bespoke basis depending on the client’s needs and requirements.
